Just add water and drink! Easy to make and takes less time than preparing and straining medium grind. The large fibres have been removed leaving only the fine kava particles behind making it not necessary to filter and strain. The chemotype on this instant is 426531 and is made from Fijian kava. Recommended ratio is 5 grams of instant to 120 mls of water.
